To Delete History in Acrobat 10/x

Go to Registr(Start -> type in "regedit" and press Enter)
Delete the c1/c2... entries from this hive.

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\10.0\AVGeneral\cRecentFiles]
